Sequencing at NC State

For anyone looking for some extra phage genome sequencing, the Genomics Sciences Laboratory at NC State is offering affordable Illumina runs again this year.  Jenn Schaff is the contact person there, and she says:

For those of you who didn't qualify for the free sequencing and still have extra phages to sequence before 2015 Spring Semester, the Genomic Sciences Lab (GSL, NCSU) will be running phage priority sequencing between Thanksgiving and the winter holidays with all data delivered (raw reads + basic assembly) by January 5th for $200 each phage. (Phage DNA must be received by Thanksgiving.) For more details and submission requirements, please contact Jenn Schaff (jeschaff@ncsu.edu).
