Want to see what's new in In Silico?

The 2014 In Silico Workshop is next week! I can't believe it is that time again. We are looking forward to working with all of our attendees, both new and returning faculty.

As usual, we will have a few new items this year (a new program! Introducing Starterator! Already installed on the 2015SEA VM!) as well as new features in DNA Master and Phamerator. A detailed agenda is available on phagesdb.org:

http://phagesdb.org/media/docs/2014_In_Silico_Workshop_agenda_final.pdf

If you can't wait to see what's new, all of the sessions will be live-streamed at:

http://mediasiteex.hhmi.org/Mediasite/Catalog/Full/28946eca3f984b99b6e580be894bb86621

You can even email and ask us questions at the workshop while it is ongoing.

If you already have a full schedule next week, the sessions are also being recorded and will eventually be posted at the same link above.

For more information on software requirements and installation, please see the Wiki In Silico page or phagesdb.org/documents

Happy Break!

Welkin
