ddunbar	I was getting the same message when blasting single genes earlier today in DNA Master. When I attempt to "blast all genes" I get an error message "Invalid floating point operation". My students and I have been working with lots of different DNA Master files over the last few months and today is the first time I experienced these types of blasting errors in DNA Master. I'm not sure what is going on but you are not alone.
