Hey Steve! I don't know if this is an isolated issue, but the Map/Samples feature does not appear to be working at all times. On Friday, nothing happened when I tapped on the Map icon (screen stayed white). But it works today! Any suggestions? Also, I would love to see a feature there we could see where samples had already been collected that resulted in phage, so my students are not sampling the same planter every single quarter! Thanks, Jordan |

Thanks Chris! It looks like I accidentally deleted something important… Unless you have a quick fix, it might be easiest for me to download and reinstall the VM, then starterator beta. Thanks for the starterator output data! seastudent@SEA2016:~$ /home/seastudent/Application/Starterator/starterator/sharterator.sh bash: /home/seastudent/Application/Starterator/starterator/sharterator.sh: No such file or directory best, jordan |

Hi Chris, Somehow I have completely bricked Starterator. The student version gives me an error "Startstaerator has encountered an error. Please try again." Yes it says "Startstaerator". The Faculty version, where I installed the v1.1.1 now does not even have a responsive icon, just a blank white icon, and nothing happens when clicked on. I tried to start from scratch and install in the Admin version, and same as above. Help! Jordan |

I tried the things that Lee tried, as well. Had connectivity and restarted the VM. I use VMware Fusion, though. Does that make a difference? Jordan |

Hi Chris, My Startator beta does not seem to be automatically downloading the 1.1.1 automatic update. Is there a force update option? Thanks, Jordan |

Hello, We are trying to BLAST in DNAM and are getting an "Integer Overflow" error message. This is a new one for us. Any thoughts? This was from trying to BLAST a single gene at 7pm PST, so shouldn't be PEAK hours. Thanks, Jordan |

Hello, When we are compiling our final minimal annotation files for submission, should we leave the notes section for genes with no known function blank, or should we put "NKF"? Thanks! Jordan |

Eureka! Exactly what I need. I have never seen that page. What menu is it under? I can't seem to be find a link for it on PhagesDB. Now that I know it exists, i'll bookmark it, but it would be good to know how to direct students to the page. Thanks! Jordan |
