DNA Master will not save BLAST Results

DrCatalase	Hello All, I have BLASTed our phage and gotten results for 90% of the genes and they saved properly. The others I have tried singly and reBLASTing the entire genome and they will not save. I have looked at the unpacked file and it is not missing any of the 16 files (in fact there are 32 files (no doubles)). I get XML results but they just wont save. Pictures are attached. Thank you! Hello All,

debbie	Hi Sean, Yep. we have seen many examples of DNA Master not returning blast results for a few genes (even when every other gene in a genome blasts just fine). Just make a notation that blast results for those genes wouldn't save. We appreciate that you reBLASTed! You can move forward with your submission. best, debbie
