Hi Debbie, I'm having difficulty updating DNA Master on our school PCs - before I bring IT into the discussion, are there any issues with the server at this time? Thanks much, Liz |

As of Monday 1/13 at 1:30 PM, the DNA Master server is working. It's been a while since DNA Master has needed an update, so as long as you have Version 5.23.6 build 2705 you are good to go.eagodin |

Kristen and Liz, Not that I am aware. The latest cohort just installed for the December workshop. Updating, as long as the preferences were set correctly, was not an issue. debbie |

Thanks Kristin & Debbie - our PCs got re-imaged this summer and were not properly updated at the time. Back to IT I go! |

Hi all, the most likely reason that you are not updating is that you are not running as an administrator. If IT is doing it, they will have privilege. If you are doing it, DON'T install in Program files, instead install elsewhere, like the desktop. Right click on the program, run as administrator to complete the update. debbie |
