Missing Genes in Phamerator Ading_draft

We were looking at the draft foe Ading and we noticed that there are a lot of genes missing from the original DNA master blast. For instance we are missing 12 genes between 175 and 188, just wondering why this is and how we can get them added. |

Hi Nancy, These are probably tRNA genes, which don't appear in Phamerator (yet!). So for those you'll have to follow some of the tRNA guidelines rather than Starterator, Phamerator, etc. –Dan |
