Issue finding passwords for mass add users

storksle	Hello, I uploaded a .csv to mass add students to my PECAAN portal. However, no file popped up with their passwords. Is there an easy way to retrieve them for the students? Or do I manually need to change the password for each student? Thanks! Levi Storks

woodj@hhmi.org	Hi Levi, Thanks for your report. Once you uploaded the CSV, do you see the users listed in the User Table in the admin interface (located at https://discover.kbrinsgd.org/admin/users)? If not, please try and upload the CSV again. There may have been an intermittent issue. If they are listed, you can change their password in the user administrator section by clicking the Edit button next to the user. Thanks, Dex Wood
