While frameshifts and introns are likely used by phages in other genes, we do not have any wet bench evidence to support their existence in any other genes at this time. Therefore, there should not be any other frameshifts in the annotation other than in the tail assembly chaperones, and there should not be any other introns other than in the Cluster J phages similar to LittleE or BAKA. If you have strong evidence for an intron ( a disruption in an essential gene, like the capsid or portal) please post!
