welkin	Cluster CY phages are very plastic in the middle of the genome, near the integration cassette. Some contain two integrase genes in this region. Edited 13 Apr, 2018 21:51

cdherren	PECAAN only allows Y-int or S-int integrase choices. Are they both Y-int?
