The research team at TMCC harvested lysate of PegLeg, Muddy, Larva, Nazo, Gaia and Peaches. We are in the process of titer calculations and infections using Gordonia terrae, Mycobacterium phlei and Rhodococcus erythropolis.

Debbie, has anyone tried infecting msmeg with A15 subcluster phages? If not, would we be able to request some of the A15 lysates to try this?

Mike,
Yes! One of the techs in our lab has tested Soups, KatherineG, and Rosalind on smeg. No evidence of infection was seen.
