pia1@pitt.edupia1@pitt.eduQuick update, Phamerator is working now. We had a power outage this morning that knocked things offline temporarily. These services were down but are now back up and running: Phamerator.org, Notebook API, GenesDB.org. |

Hello all! I and some of my students (but not all) have been unable to access phamerator in the past couple days. It doesn't seem to matter if we are on a PC or a Mac. I (mac user) have tried restarting my computer, clearing the cache, and using different browsers and still can't get on. However, some of my students can get on totally fine (if a little laggy). Any insights into what is happening so I can try to get everyone on? Thanks! |

kmmika Thanks for posting this. We are restarting things here on the server side and hopefully that will fix the issue that you're experiencing. Sorry for the trouble! Best, S. |
