"draft" designation in phagesDB

I noticed that in phagesDB it isn't indicating if a genome is draft or not. Is this temporary, or a permanent change? For example, we are annotating Powelldog. When you do a phagesDB blast, the third hit "Rustyboy" is a draft, yet it doesn't show it as "draft" in phagesDB blast like it use to. Similarly, if you go to the gene page of a gene, then scroll down to all of the members of the pham, it shows both draft & nondraft members of the pham, but doesn't indicate if they are drafts or not. I just wanted to check, as this is a change from the past. Thank you! Ellen |
