I'm having some trouble downloading DNA Master onto my laptop (and the Virtual Machine, but that's a separate section on the forums) and was wondering if anyone could help. When I go to the software page at http://cobamide2.bio.pitt.edu/ and click 'DNA Master', it doesn't download anything but instead opens a new page and then the page says 'Can't reach this page'. I have tried doing this with both Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge (I don't have Chrome on this laptop since it's brand-new). Even when I'm on IE and I try 'right click -> save target as' it says 'this file cannot be downloaded'.
Does anyone know why this could be happening? Or how I can fix it?
