Does anyone have any experience in defining how Phage are clustered? Also, is it possible that there is a link between geographic location and phage clustering? Any information or resources on these subjects would be greatly appreciated. |

Debbie, The genome is that of Benry and gene 40 in particular. I plan on calling the start at 25022 and stop at 25630. Thank you for your time and assistance. -Brandon |
