debbie Thank you, you are the best! FYI - The phagesdb Installation Guide says the correct version and build, but lists '6 June 2021" to be the proper date, and I got thrown off. I am sure you know this, but just wanted to let you know where I went astray. |

kbutela At this moment I am trying a new fresh download on my work PC laptop computer where it has worked before. I followed the Installation guide from phagesdb and it will not upload to the 6 June 2021 version and am still getting "FTP Error" and "Field Error" and then the error about "NCBI Blast, etc". I can not figure out where the issue is. Additionally, my person PC laptop, which has a well working October 2021 version, says this version is up today when I go to update. Do I need to do the manual workarounds spoken above? Thanks, Alison |

Hey Dan, Thanks for replying. They are all new macs, various models. So when they go to the virtual box page they are installing the "developer preview" version rather than the "intel" which wouldn't work at all for them. Thanks, Alison |

Hello, Many of my students are getting the attached error message when attempting to install virtual box. And I am not tech savy enough to figure out the issue. Can anyone help explain why we are getting this error and how we may go about fixing it?? Thank you! Alison Moyer |

We have the same problem in our cluster F phage, QuickMath. Our gene (stop: 35,259) matches 100%, 1:1 alignment with Kimberlium_46 (function:helix-turn-helix DNA binding domain) and Bubbles123_42 (immunity repressor). E-values are also the same. Any insight how to call this function? Thanks! Alison |
