My class is getting ready to start annotating DunneganBoMo and it was noticed that there are several phages that have been completed and are uploaded to GenBank that are showing up as draft phages on phagesDB. This means that whenever there are members of the same pham we cannot get preliminary function data from phagesdb. With this being my first semester annotating it would be helpful to have this data. Is there a way to access it other than scanning every gene on GenBank? The specific phages to which I am referring are: Atiun, Mimi, and Racecar. Thanks, John |
