Hits to Excise and Calls in the Pham List

The FC phages have two back to back genes donwstream of the lysis cassette that encode small regulatory proteins with clear HHprd hits to excise/excisionase. There are also many valid excise calls in the pham since the majority of the pham members are temperate cluster A phages that also have integrase and immunity repressor genes. Since the cluster FC are LYTIC and DO NOT have any of the required immunity genes for an excise call, these small proteins should be annotated as helix-turn-helix DNA binding domain as they have validated HTH domains. Fascinating that these FC and FE phages have picked up these genes for some (presumably) "alternate" function?
