Isolation, Characterization, and Genome Sequencing of Cluster AS Phage Atlantica
Yu-Chuan Chen, Jacob Hillman, Valerie Jackson, Nikhita Lalwani, Martin Lin, Nic M Vega

Phage Atlantica was isolated using the bacterial host A. globiformis B-2979. Atlantica was determined to be a temperate myoviral phage and was assigned to Cluster AS3 based on whole genome sequencing. Here we present the results of wet-lab characterization, including lysogeny and host-range determination, and whole genome annotation of this phage.
